What is Smart Badge?

Smart Badge turns your visitors into qualified customers! As an exhibitor you get a card reader to put on the stand. When visitors scan their Smart Badge against the card reader, they automatically receive information about your business and the products you have posted on MyEasyfairs. This information will be sent to them in a summary email at the end of the exhibition day.

If you have GoLeads, GoPlus or GoPremium, you will also get a list of contact information for the visitors who have scanned your card reader. You can find the contact list on MyEasyfairs after the fair is closed.

What is Visit Connect?

With the Visit Connect app, as an exhibitor, you can get information about those who visit your booth by scanning the QR code on their Smart Badget. This ensures that you do not lose business cards or contact information, and facilitate customer follow-up after the trade show.

Just before the fair you will receive an email with a link from Visit Connect. Follow the link and create your login and password – or log in with your existing login. Then follow the seven points in the email to activate the license. Once your phone is activated, you can scan the QR code on the Smart Badget to those who visit your booth. Please note that you cannot switch phones when the QR code is scanned. The QR code is locked to the smartphone you selected. Remember that you must activate the QR code before coming to SETT. You cannot activate it on the stand unless you have access to personal login, computer and internet.

Visit Connect applies to you with GoLeads, GoPlus and GoPremium.

The wardrobes are located at the entrance to the exhibition hall, where you can leave your jacket and purse.

We have reached an agreement with Thon Hotels for better prices for our exhibitors in connection with events at the Norwegian Trade Fair.

TRAIN

NSB has several departures per hour from both Oslo and Gardermoen. Travel time is only 11 minutes from Oslo S.

FLIGHT

The flight takes 13 minutes from Gardermoen to Lillestrøm.

CAR

Right up to the center there is a four-lane motorway, and by car the driving time from central Oslo is between 15-20 minutes.

• From Oslo: Exit from E6 at Karihaugen. Follow Rv 159 to Lillestrøm. At the second roundabout, take the right after the Railing Tunnel.

• From Trondheim: Exit from E6 at Skedsmokorset. Follow Rv 120, then Rv 22 towards Fetsund, and then Rv 159 to the exhibition center.

The fair is open to exhibitors:

Thursday 26 November 07.30-16.00 (16: 00-22: 00 departure).

Exhibitors have access to the halls 1 hour before and after opening during the exhibition period.

Opening day from 1 p.m. 7:00.

Please note that children under 16 years of age do not have access to the exhibition halls during assembly and disassembly.

The Norwegian Trade Fair offers its customers and exhibitors wired and wireless networks. The wired must be ordered within the technical order deadline. Contact: service@messe.

There are 2,800 parking spaces for visitors and an additional 670 parking spaces at Lillestrøm railway station.

Handicap parking at flaggborg in the parking lot. Electric car spaces are also available in the car park, close to the exit.

Price per hour beyond 3 hours NOK 15, – pr. hour

The organizer removes ordinary waste after the exhibition. When the exhibition has ended, the exhibitor must disassemble and clear their own stand. Uncollected goods will be removed, at the exhibitor’s expense.

MyEasyfairs

In MyEasyfairs you publish the information you want on our website. Here you as an exhibitor can present your business and your products. You can post product news and press releases and have your website address visible to all visitors. The information is also displayed in the exhibitor’s directory. This service is free, so be sure to take advantage of it.

At the fair, visitors can receive information about your business through a Smart badge. The information they receive is from MyEasyfairs.

You update your company profile on our website yourself. It is important that you update your business profile, as this is the first thing visitors see online.

To update your profile, log in: https://my.easyfairs.com/#/login

If you have not received your login information: Click “Forgot password” and create a new login. Your username is your email address.

You register staff for your booth via MyEasyfairs. All trade show personnel must have exhibitor cards at the fair.

As an exhibitor and partner, we expect you to maximize the opportunities offered by the SET conference by inviting visitors and spreading the word about SETT in your channels and networks.

  • Invite your customers and your network.
  • Spread your participation on social media.

At MyEasyfairs you will find marketing materials in the form of banners tailored to newsletters and social media. In addition, you will find email footer and other material that can be disseminated in your channels.

Information for the fair

The fire service requires a signed declaration from each exhibitor/stand concerning observance of the fire regulations. Including the exhibition title, the exhibitor’s name and the stand number, this declaration must be sent to Norges Varemesse in good time before assembly starts.
